Your future.
Your freedom.
Worth fighting for.
When everything feels uncertain, your defense shouldn't. A clear conversation. A thoughtful strategy. An advocate in your corner.
CRIMINAL DEFENSE
A serious defense.
A human approach.

A criminal charge is personal. It can affect your family, your work, and how you see your future. You deserve a lawyer who takes the time to understand what matters to you.
Jonathan Ibáñez represents clients in Miami and across South Florida. The approach begins with listening, examining the circumstances, and discussing a strategy tailored to the case.
Whatever you're facing,
let's face it together.
Explore the practice areas below, then talk with the office about the circumstances of your case.
Clarity first.
Strategy follows.
You don't have to have all the answers before calling. Start with what you know. We'll talk through the situation and identify the next steps together.
We listen.
Tell us what happened, what concerns you, and where things stand. Every defense starts with understanding the person behind the case.
We look closer.
Discuss the allegations, available documents, and upcoming dates so the circumstances can guide the conversation.
We plan ahead.
Talk through the scope of representation, expectations, and next steps before deciding how to move forward.
A little clarity.
A good place to start.
What should I have ready when I call?
If available, have your case number, charge information, court notices, and next hearing date nearby. You can still call if you don't have these documents.
Can I call about a family member's case?
Yes. Tell the office the person's name, where they are being held if known, and any upcoming court dates. The office can discuss how to arrange a consultation.
Can we speak in Spanish?
Yes. English and Spanish are available. Let the office know your preferred language when you call.
Does contacting the office begin representation?
Contacting the office alone does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Representation and its scope must be agreed with the attorney.
Let's talk about
what comes next.
A conversation can help bring your next step into focus.
